Review of The Coffee Smiths (Durham St) by drdeejay on Mon, 12 Mar 2007, updated Tue, 13 Mar 2007:

The best coffee in Christchurch at the moment, superb! The guys are really friendly. After visiting the place for only a few times they had already remembered what kind of coffee I like. Great place, would highly recommend to all cofee connoisseurs.

Review of Coffee Culture Sumner by drdeejay on Tue, 13 Mar 2007:

Coffee is just average, used to be really good till few years ago when they started opening shops all over the city, but not anymore. The selection of cakes and cafe food is really good. Friendly staff and nice ambiance, can be a bit noisy on the weekends with lots of kids around.

Review of The Globe Cafe by drdeejay on Fri, 21 Dec 2007:

Still has one of the best coffees in town. Good and healthy food too. The only thing is that sometimes I have to wait for a coffee very long, it arrives long after I've finished with my food.

Review of Trattorie by drdeejay on Fri, 21 Dec 2007:

Been only twice here, but both times the coffee (flat white) was quite good. The food is bit on the expensive side.

Review of Backstage (Arts Centre) by drdeejay on Fri, 21 Dec 2007:

Excellent coffee, never had a bad coffe here. Very good selection of European style food, cakes and breads, which I miss in NZ :-)
