I had a watery hot blackcurrent with my pancakes. One pancake was burnt, and one had a portion so hard that I could not cut it with my knife. The waitress offered an explanation that this may have happened when they were reheated. Aghast, one of our party said, "what do you mean, reheated, where they not cooked fresh?" There was no reply offered by the waitress. I was not impressed when I was expected to pay full price. They eventually gave me the price of the drink free!
I agree about the Staff downright miserable! I like the food, but feel it is a little overpriced considering the surroundings. Ladies toilet is disgusting!
The coffee in this place is ok , but the SERVICE always is terrible
Grumpy girls every time , the staff here have no idea about good service and really should stop doing K because they look DEAD.
everytime I hear about bad service its usually about this place.
Food is good but overprices , coffee is not bad but bad service spoils and good work in this area.

had a birthday lunch the other day. great atmosphere, nice food, friendly and knowledgable service. it had all this going for it then..... the coffee was just bland. it was the right temperature, it had the right feel in my mouth, looked alright - smelled ok, but it just tasted bland like hot water and milk. i feel a lil sad thinking about it:P - maybe i just got a bad one, i will definately give Honeypot another chance tho
