I had a watery hot blackcurrent with my pancakes. One pancake was burnt, and one had a portion so hard that I could not cut it with my knife. The waitress offered an explanation that this may have happened when they were reheated. Aghast, one of our party said, "what do you mean, reheated, where they not cooked fresh?" There was no reply offered by the waitress. I was not impressed when I was expected to pay full price. They eventually gave me the price of the drink free!
