Being younger than 60 i enjoy 'cool' service, and i love procope and their fantastic staff. they make a superb coffee (usually) and if the service is a little slow.... hey, they are only human, and they do the best they can. That said they remember mine and my partners coffees and are usually ready and waiting for us by the time we gt the front of the line.
Screw the haters Procope, we love you
