Review of Vic's Cafe by scooter on Sun, 01 Jul 2007:

This would have to be one of the busier cafes in CHC. Great coffee and fabulous food. Their bread selection is vast and tastes like no other. Can indulge while you're dining or chose a nice loaf to take home. Barristas do a good job to keep coffee wait time to a minimum. Always good flavour and hot, the way a coffee should be. Only down side is for parents with children requiring a high chair - they don't have any! Bench style seating so you can have a group of your own or share with strangers. Couple of cosy armchairs. Worth a visit.

Review of Coffee Culture Cashmere by scooter on Sun, 01 Jul 2007:

This cafe is a in prime location on Cashmere Road. Great outlook and always warm inside on cold days. Sadly though, over time their staff have gone down in level and there are mistakes, often. Coffee quite often only warm, burnt or delayed. Wait time when it's busy is 15-20mins. Think their management need to give this one a bit of attention to get it back to its original standard, like when Adam & Clinton were running it.

Review of Jamaica Blue @ Riccarton Mall by scooter on Sun, 01 Jul 2007:

This cafe has grumpy owners who don't really know how 'Customer Service' works. Take them out of the picture and it is great. Their staff make great coffee, fabulous ice drinks. Their scones are beautiful (downsized somewhat with the new owners) and other food is nice. Good for kids too, they make sweet fluffies! Good location in Riccarton Mall, away from the food court smells!
