The Asian woman behind the counter lacks customer service skills. The standart of hygiene is clearly not there.
People like this should not be responsible nor be allowed to run a hospitality business in such prime real estate.

Very poor!

The woman is running this place is so tight she does not allow staff to use hot water or even dish washing liquid when doing the dishes. I dread to think what other cost-cutting hygene issues there are.
A friend (who the above info came from)only worked there for one day before being told that day was a trial which she didn't pass, and would not be paid for that day's work.

we ordered two iced chocolates, watched the woman make it. she used icecream and milk that were just sitting on the bench unrefridgerated. then she squirted a huge amount of chocolate sauce in and topped it off with canned whipped cream. the chicken pastry we ate gave my friend food poisoning, and my friand was way past it's used by date. There was one other woman in there at the time - a health inspector, as it were, confronting the woman about the food.
