I have been there 3 times and twice the service was really bad. There is sign that tells you to take a seat if you want table service. The last time I went my friend and I waited quite a while before asking one of the staff if we should keep waiting or go up to the counter to place an order. He didn't know so he went to ask someone. He came back to tell us that we should wait to be served. We then asked if we could look at the menu while waiting but he came back to tell us that he couldn't find them. After waiting quite a bit longer I asked to speak to the manager who happened to be making all the hot drinks. I told him how long we had been waiting and asked him why the sign tells us to be seated when there is no chance of being served. I told him that the system they operate obvoiusly does not work. His response was that he would look into it the next day! Needless to say my friend and I left and will not be going back!</span></span>
