By the time the coffee reached our table it was lukewarm rather than hot. Staff were friendly but significant issues were clearly apparent. Our order was not written down. In the first ten minutes after placing our order 3 different tables received the wrong drinks and orders. After 15 minutes the waitress who had taken our order asked us "What did you order?". Ten minutes later we were still waiting to be served. After 30 minutes we got up to leave and were offered our lukewarm coffee then. This was not our first visit to the Orange Cafe and unfortunately the service remains consistently attrocious which is a real shame because the place has got potential.
