I was really surprised at the quality of this cafe. Being in the middle of the mall, I was expecting the same thing as all the other coffee shops. But the food here is amazingly good. There are little extras that make it a nice place for lunch. The paninis and fritata comes with a little side salad and dressing. The portions are good size and it feels like good value for money. The coffees are good but the food is what stands out. The service was friendly enough and the wait wasn't long. Great place.

Given these guys plenty of chances, always hoping for a better result! The customer service is consistantly the worst I've ever encounted (not just a one off!). Coffee was ok, scones are good but the staff never smile. What a shame...

This Cafe is great, really like the hot choco, worth every dollar you spend, i've had hot choco from this cafe basically everyday for a year and a half now. also like the tortilla stacks, and various slices they have and the new fairtrade coffee is really great nice smooth taste the only cafe sells fairtrade and organic coffee in this area. Customer service is good, good work and well done!!! check it out.

Been here a few times. The customer service was very poor. Coffee was ok, not hot enough and lacking flavour, though the crema was good. A smile goes a long way, I think the staff should take note. Nice sitting in he middle of the mall like that. A bit noisy but pleasant.

This cafe has grumpy owners who don't really know how 'Customer Service' works. Take them out of the picture and it is great. Their staff make great coffee, fabulous ice drinks. Their scones are beautiful (downsized somewhat with the new owners) and other food is nice. Good for kids too, they make sweet fluffies! Good location in Riccarton Mall, away from the food court smells!
