I have had coffee in Melbourne, London, and on the Chenz Elise in Paris. I have been buying a mixture on Columbian and Blue Mountain (originally mocha) beans and freshly grinding them every morning since 1998. This mixture does best in a plunger or perculator; AVOID PUTTING IN ESPRESSO!!!
I guess I am just your typical coffee nut, but I think I make the best coffee in the world! ;)

I have spent many hours in several different cafes around Christchurch, and always I have moved on to find a coffee that was more ideal. I haved tried in the city, and in the burbs, but I know that I will NOT move on from Frank's coffee. His cappuccino is superb! I am a convert.
