This would have to be the worst cafe experiance of my life!
We fiance and i visit cafes on a weekly basis- i also belong to a coffee group that meets once a week, so thats a lot of cafes i have been to and never have i come across such disgustingly rude staff members and such awful coffee! you are pretty lucky if the staff even talk to you- but if they do you wish they hadnt! its almost as if they went out of their way to be un-helpful! I rang on the tuesday asking to book their 2tables for my coffee group and was asked what we planned on buying- when i said it would be about 8 coffees 2 fluffies and snacks each was told that wasnt enough and i could have one table, fine, turned up on the wednesday and nobody would talk to us- i tried to ask a staff member about it while ordering my coffee and she just snapped have here or take away?! this cafe doesnt even own a high chair! the coffee is burnt and comes in a silly little cup that you cant fit your finger in, the hot chocolate ought to be called a hot milk and worst of all we were all stuck at an outside table with babies and toddlers and an electric door in the cold! I will never go to this cafe again and neither will the others we were all so shocked at the lack of service

Was in here last weekend for breakfast, worst meal and most bland coffee ever.
I will not go back

Coffee great (try the mochacinno), staff always friendly, food yummy. It's a Coffee Club - it does what it says on the tin! Great to be able to get a coffee beyond "cafe hours". Or a wine before pub time! Comfy chairs and newspapers too.

Flat whites are inconsistent, ie: not always creamy. On 3 occasions I have asked for a double to compensate a weak taste, and all 3 times they have all come out with a burnt taste. Consistency there!

Fab food though.

i am a regular customer at procope cafe. saturday i arrived early and was sitting in my car waiting for 8 oclock when one of the staff called out to me to come in next minute an erruption from inside the cafe from the barrista telling me it wasnt 8oclock yet and to f... off .this is true. the staff later told me they were horrified and to complain to the boss, well my complaint was a non- event hard to believe but true.
obviously the barrista, are we allowed to say names well here goes darrell thinks he was saying something about me, well as any intelligent person will know all he is doing is saying a lot about himself. ill be looking for a new favourite place.very uncool.from caroline read and maggie the afenpinscher

exl coffee and you have to try the rich choc tart yum yum a real choc lovers treat
great shop awesome wood furniture great service very freindly
love all the glass

this cafe is the bomb love the sticky lemon cakes pity i have to drive 30 min but its worth it

mojo airport never going there again- a guy made me a cold flat white was more like a latte,i understand it was bizzy but still not up to the normal standards as the other mojo sites very disapointing!!

Cafe has Great Vivachi Coffee the beans are roasted with a passion.
and a good rich strong coffee the Barister makes good coffee at Villaggio

Considering they use a great blend I cant understand why the coffees are so hit & miss. They have had my 3 strikes your out so wont be going back.

Goto most of the Coffee Cultures with mixed views on their coffees. Most impressed with what Beckenham has served me up. Certainly, get the best service here.

This cafe was really good!
i thought it had a good ambiance
and a bubbling kind of atmosphere
i recommend to all of the people reading this that they go and visit because it is very nice (:
and the food was excellent

The Bicycle Thief has been one of my favourite restaurants since it opened. I've always found the staff genuinely friendly and the service consistently excellent. Love the food, adore the hot chocolate (it comes with a Whittaker's Sante bar, nom) and I recommend it often to friends and visitors to Christchurch.
