Love the cofee, love the staff, I'm completely addicted! THE best coffee in Nelson and congratulations Zumo's on combining service and different coffee types to try and for establishing a purveyors of fine coffee. Too many cafes in nelson can't be bothered training their staff properly but you guys care, and if you make a mistake you are quick to fix it. Well done 10/10

Dear Lovebenny - there are no eco-friendly PAPER coffee cups... that's why they only make plates and cutlery from potatoes. There are some with Polylactic acid lamination, but they are still made from paper.
BUT Zumo cups are recyclable and all recycled material must start with virgin material (the fibres only last the recycling process so many times). Most paper mills are now very environmentally conscious as they have to be very competitive - there are several bodies that govern mills these days (WMF - Well Managed Forests, FSC - Forest Stewardship Council to name a mere couple) So unless the cups come from the Bazillian rainforest, you can be reasonably happy that as long as you recycle your cup, you are doing your bit.
If you are that environmentally conscious - take in your own mug to be filled - and absolutely no carbon footprint... unless you drive to Zumo!

Did not really like the fact there was not more seperate tables!
And they fulled the cups a little full, other than that..... Premo!
The coffee was good and the staff friendly; however, for the environmentally conscious I would like the choice of a non-paper cup.

We are sincerely sorry that you have had a bad experience at our Coffee House.
Your reference to motorcycles suggests you visited us on a Saturday when we happily host the local Ulysses club made up of a very nice group of people from a range of businesses and companies around the Nelson region. From 10:00 am to lunch time on Saturdays it can get a little busy with the club visiting.
Again we are sorry you had a bad experience and found our service to be lacking. We would sincerely like the opportunity to make it up to you by way of a free coffee if you happen to be making you way past at any time.

Usually has very good coffee, but if you do not ride a motorbike they do not want to know you, Very poor service, would not recommend.
