Hi,
I have spent many hours in several different cafes around Christchurch, and always I have moved on to find a coffee that was more ideal. I haved tried in the city, and in the burbs, but I know that I will NOT move on from Frank's coffee. His cappuccino is superb! I am a convert.

Good cappucinos. Haven't tried the food yet.

Pan Italia Eastgate is located in the corner of the food court, between McDonalds and a kebab place. It's not in the main food court, but rather through a little archway, so it's a good place to get away from the rest of the mall.

There's a little outdoor area, too, so you can sit outside in the sun. The seats are a little rickety, and it's right next to a busy road, but it's still a nice place to relax.
